The qualification of R.E.D. Master Buddy concentrates on supporting the R.E.D. kids, the handicapped as well as the R.E.D. Master Instructor in parts of the Submersion therapy and to accompany people with limited physical and mental abilities according to pda standards. A basic training in pedagogic would be of advantage. The qualification includes the handling of many different kinds of disabilities as well as an introduction into experience pedagogic, ergo therapy, rehabilitation and integration sport. After a R.E.D. Master Buddy has obtained the status of a pda-rec instructor an upgrade for the certification of a R.E.D. Master Instructor is possible.
